Third Attempt Was a Success

An Incendiary Fired William Weimer's Barn

Somebody has got it in for William Weimer, of 409 Third street.

On two former occasions some incendiary tried to fire his barn, but did not succeed. The second attempt was discovered just in time as kerosene oil had been poured over the boards on the inside of the building. However, the third attempt, made last Saturday night, was a roaring success. Flames were shooting up in all parts of the barn when the fire was discovered and the fire department could do little with the big blaze.

The insurance company will make a thorough investigation. Mr. Weimer has no idea who has been so persistent in destroying his property.
