BEAL GETS OUT AN INJUNCTION

AND ASKS FOR A RECEIVER FOR THE A. A. PRINTING CO.

Wants the Printing Contracts Completed and Then the Concern to be Wound Up

Junius E. Beal, Tuesday, filed a bill of complaint against the other stock-holders in the Ann Arbor Printing Co., asking for a receiver to complete the contract of printing now in force and then to wind up the business.

He also secured an injunction restraining the collection of any debts due to the concern or the disposing of any property until the receiver shall have been appointed.

The hearing on the appointment of a receiver and on the injunction will be held one week from yesterday.

He claims that the assets of the concern are about $40,000 and that the liabilities are over $50,000.

The trouble is no way affects the Democrat Publishing company, which was released from the concern several days ago.
