RESOLUTIONS OF. RESPECT

Ann Arbor, Mich., March 14, 1902.

The sudden and unexpected death of Bro. Herbert J. Harrison furnishes another striking example of the uncertainty of life and teaches a lesson of immortality of which we are not unmindful.  The Ann Arbor Trades Council has lost a valuable member, and his associates feel a sense of personal loss in his death.

The grief of his widow and family are deeper, however, and realizing that words of condolence are not potential in such a bereavement, we commend them to a divine Providence which does all things for the best.  As a mark of personal respect and esteem, be it

Resolved, that the charter of the Ann Arbor Trades Council be draped in mourning for a period of thirty days, and be it, further

Resolved, That these resolutions be spread on the minutes, published in the Ann Arbor daily papers, and that a copy be presented to the family of our departed brother.

I. G. REYNOLDS,

G. F. WEISSINGER,

C. J. REUL,

Committee.
