     The troubles of Reed & Reynolds, the State street billiard hall proprietors, were aired in court Monday morning.
     Reynolds wanted a managing receiver. Reed wanted a receiver to close the business out immediately. Reynolds opposed this as Reed has the lease of the building and he would buy the property in cheap and start up again. Reed didn't want a managing receiver as he claims that he is responsible on the lease.
     Judge Kinne would not interfere at present and the warring partners will continue to conduct the business until the case can be heard upon the merits.
