Carried Off Mourning Crape

CARRIED OFF MOURNING CRAPE

Some miscreant Friday afternoon stole the mourning from the door of Martin Vogel's home, which had been put there on account of the death of his son, Milton. The value of the crape was about three dollars.

The thief may try to dispose of it here and if so the sheriff's office ask that they be notified.

This is the first time that the sheriff's office have known of such a theft, and if the culprit is caught he will probably be heavily dealt with.
