John O'Grady died at his home, 526 Ashley street at 10:30 a.m. yesterday, of cancer of the throat, after a lingering illness.
The deceased, who was 75 years old, leaves a widow and four children—John, Standish and Harry, and Mrs. Milton Steffey, of St. Paul, Minn. The funeral will be held from St. Thomas' church, Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. Interment in St. Thomas' cemetery.
