Says He Is Not An Heir

An answer in the suit of Joseph H. Worden against Frank Worden, administrator of the estate of the late Alvah Worden, has been filed by Edward A. Barnes, solicitor for the defendants, in the county clerk's office.

It is claimed in the answer that Joseph Worden, who has sued for a portion of the Worden estate, is not a lawful child of the late Alvah Worden, he having been adopted from the "Baldwin Place Home for Little Wanderers."

The answer further stays that Alvah Worden expressly stated before he died that Joseph Worden, the adopted son, was to inherit no portion of his estate.
