An attachment was issued Monday by Justice Gibson for a trunk owned by Miss Hattie Wolfe, a domestic employed by Dr. C. G. Darling. The attachment was served at the instance of E. F. Mills, the well known dry goods merchant. It is charged that Miss Wolfe bought a considerable quantity of goods at the Mills store for which it is alleged she did not pay. It is also said that she owed accounts at other stores. When it was reported that Miss Wolfe was going to leave the city the attachment against her trunk was issued.
