The following resolutions were adopted by Lombard Camp, No. 499 Royal Neighbors:

Whereas, It is with heartfelt sorrow that we are called upon to mourn the loss of our esteemed co-worker, Dr. John Boylan, our camp physician, who passed over to the farther shore Jun 26, 1902, bringing to our minds a realization of the truth that no one knoweth the day or hour that any of us may be called, be it

Resolved, That Lombard Camp, No. 499, has lost one who was ever helpful and trustworthy in our camp work;

Resolved, That we extend to the bereaved family our sincere sympathy in this their sad hour of affliction, and that a copy of these resolutions be spread upon our records and one sent to the bereaved wife, and that our charter be draped in mourning for thirty days in memory of our beloved neighbor.
