The Argus is in receipt of an interesting letter from Mrs. Flora Morton who with severaI members of the Chequamegon orchestra, is filling a summer engagement at Stag Island, a delightful resort about six miles from Port Huron. Mrs. Morton is having an enjoyable time.

The Resorter, a semi-weekly published in the interest of the summer guests, has the following to say of the orchestra:

"The famous Chequamegon orchestra, of Ann Arbor, is now discoursing sweet music at the Island during meals and for dances in the evening. This orchestra plays In the University town during the winter at all the dances and has a state reputation. The music they furnish is fine and patrons of the Island will be delighted at this acquisition."
