PROSPECTS BRIGHT AT THE Y. M. C. A.

The classes in the Y. M. C. A. night school met for the first time Monday evening and everything pointed to a most successful year in this branch of the association's work. There are several men in the arithmatic class between 25 and 40 years old and the leaders are anxious that no one should keep away from the school on account of age. Practical English training is given in the grammar class, while the Poster club is more than pleased with the outline for work given out by Mr. Tweedy. This club is one of the most interesting features of the school and the membership is unusually large. The class in electricity and magnetism is an assured thing. Already more than ten students have reported for enrollment in this work. The course is designed ot give a practical elementary knowledge of electricity and its uses.

The first meeting of the Bible class was held Monday night under the leadership of Prof. Color. At the meeting were 11 Sunday school teachers ready to begin work and all were enthusiastic over the project of having Prof. Coler to lead them.
