BOLAND NOW HAS THE MONEY

A telegram received at Kalamazoo by Judge A.J. Mills from the offices of the Railway Companies General states that Messrs. Foote and Boland have secured the money to redeem their roads. The promoters of the Battle Creek & Marshall, Jackson & Albion and Calhoun County electric lines, which were finished in July, were compelled to give them time to finance their indebtedness, amounting to $500,000 or $600,000 and it is now claimed that they have secured the money from the Spitzers, the well known bankers of New York and Toledo, and the roads, which form one complete line west of Jackson, will be turned over to them. - Jackson Press.
