Estate of Charles M. Nelson. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw. held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor. on the 1st day of December, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Charles M Nelson, deceased.

Ön reading and filing the petition of Elizabeth A.  Nelson, dulv rifled,  praying that administration of said estate may be granted to Eugene H. Nelson. or some of her suitable person and appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 30th day of December next, at ten o'clock in the 'forenoon at said Probate Office be appointed for hearings said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
