In the matter of the estate of Bernard Keenan, deceased.

Notice is hearby given, that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, executor of the estate of said deceased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 13th day of January, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, in said state, on Tuesday, the 17th day of March, A.D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage of otherwise existing at the time of death of said deceased), the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lot number twelve (12), in block number three (3) north, range number four (4) east, according to the recorded plat of the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Michigan.
