School Commissioner Foster Not On County Ticket

SCHOOL COMMISSIONER FOSTER NOT ON COUNTY TICKET

County School Commissioner Foster's name is not on the ticket for this spring's election. Mr. Foster cannot be found by his friends. The democratic, prohibition and socialist candidates were regularly certified to the county election commission. But Mr Foster's name was not certified by the republican committee. The republican state ticket was regularly certified.

The ticket has gone to the printer with the name left blank in the republican column for school commissioner, as the time within which certification must be made expired on Tuesday last.
