Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery, wherein Josephine Smith is complainant and Isaac Smith is defendant.

Satisfactory proof appearing to this Court by affidavit now on file that file defendant is a non-resident of this state, it is hereby ordered that said defendant appear and answer the bill of complaint in this cause within four months from the date of this order.
