At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 6th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Charles Oscar O'Connor, deceased Patrick J. O'Connor, administrator of said estate, having filed his final administration account as such administrator, praying that the same may be heard and allowed, with decree of assignment of the residue of the estate to follow allowance of account.

It is ordered that the 5th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for examining and allowing said account.

And it is further ordered, That a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, William H. McIntyre, administrator de bonis non of the estate of said John Keenan, deceased, by the Honorable Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 14th day of May, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public venue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, state of Michigan, on Friday, the 28th day of August, A. D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumberances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased), the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lot number seven (7) in block number (4), north of Huron street, range number four east according to the recorded plat of the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Michigan.
