U. Of M. Instructor Goes To Seattle

J. C. Thorpe and family Ieft Ann Arbor Saturday night on their way to Seattle, Washington, where Mr. Thorpe has accepted a position as professor of mechanical engineering In the University of Washington. For a year and a half Mr. Thorpe has been ' instructor In mechanical engineering in the University of Michigan, and for the past few weeks has been undecided between three different calls.

Before going to Seattle, Mr. and Mrs. Thorpe will visit their parents at Aurora and Champaign, III. They will leave Champaign Sept 10 for their future home.
