In the matter of the estate of John Keenan, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, William H. McIntyre, administrator de bonis non of the estate of said John Keenan, deceased, by the Honorable Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 14th day of May, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw ,state of Michigan, on Friday, the 28th day of August, A. D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumberances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased), the following rescribed real estate, to-wit:

Lot number seven (7) in block number four (4), north of Huron street, range number four east according to the recorded plat of the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Michigan.
