Six Estates Came Up for Hearing Before Judge Watkins

Two Wills Were Admitted - Administrators and Guardians Appointed

Judge Watkins had an exceedingly busy day in the probate court Tuesday. No less than six estates were passed upon and appointments made. The matters before the court and dispositions made were:

Estate of Emma W. Wright, minor - Wm. B. Hatch, of Ypsilanti, appointed guardian.

Estate of Jas. H. Martin, deceased. Will Admitted to probate. Will devises property to wife during her life for her use and benefit and may be sold if income is not sufficient to support. At wife's death, after expenses of her death and burial are paid, property is to go to Melbourne Kennedy, Charlotte Kennedy and Georgia Kennedy of the township of Scipio, Hillsdale county, with the exception of $500 which is bequeathed to Mrs. Anna Dewey, of Bridgewater. 

Estate of Aristeen P. Hall - Will admitted to probate. Property bequeathed to Isaac B. Hall, Franklin Hall, Mary E. Baldwin, Henry Hall and Homer Hall, of Manchester, one-eighth share each; Mary I. Kirk and Grace Nelson, daughters of Laura A. Nelson, one-sixteenth share; Perry Nash, one-sixteenth share, and Harvey Hall, a grandson, three-sixteenths. 

Estate of Jonathan R. Holmes - Henry L. Renau appointed administrator. 

Estate of John George Steeb - Christian D. Steeb appointed administrator.

Estate of Ellen M. Burnham - Albert S. Burnham. appointed administrator.
