WM. C. BOOTH WAS DISCHARGED

Wm. C. Booth charged with stealing goods from the "Crackerjack" candy store on the night of Oct. 3, was discharged from custody by Justice Doty as the result of his examination Wednesday. It appeared from the testimony that the value of the property taken was only $26.50 and the margin was too small to make it a case of larceny, also there was a question of intent in the matter, as Booth claimed to be the owner of the property he took.
