COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw.

The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County. Commissioners to receive, examine and adjust alll claims and demands of al persons against the estate of George Jedele late of said county, deceased, hereby give notice that four months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at the late residence of said deceased in the Township of Lodi in said county, on the 5th day of January and on the 5th day of March next at ten o'clock a. m., of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.
