MORTGAGE SALE.

  Default having been made in the conditions of a certain rnortgage made by Lewis Hadley to James L. Babcock, dated the seventeenth day of June, A. D. 1803, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the nineteenth day of June, A. D. 1893, in Liber 81 of mortgages, on page 372, which said mortgage was given for purchase money and was and is a purchase money mortgage and on which mortgage there is claimed in be due at the date of this notice, for principal and interest, the sum of two thousand six hundred and eighty dollars, and an attorney's fee of tweny-five dollars, as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortage, or any part thereof.      Notice is heretby given, that by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, and the statute in such case made and provided, on TUESDAY, THE SIXTEENTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1904, at ten clock in the forenoon, the undersigned will, at the south front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, that being the place where Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held, sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, the premises described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount so as aforesaid due on said mortgage, with six per cent interest, and all legal costs, together with said attorney's fee, to wit: All those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in the township of Lyndon, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, known and described as follows towit: The northeast quarter of section number twelve, excepting the north thirty-five acres thereof; also east half of the northwest quarter of section twelve, excepting the north twenty acres and the south tweny acres thereof, all in town number one south range three east and containing- exclusive of exceptions- one hundred and sixty acres of land more or Less.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.

In the matter of the estate of John Fuchas, deceased.   Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the administrator, of the estate of of said deceased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the twenty-seventh day of October, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw, in said State, on MONDAY, the FOURTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER, A. D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased the following described real estate, towit: All those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in the City of Ann Arbor in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan that is to say: Lot number ten (10) and the east half of lot number eleven (11) in William Benedick's addition to the City of Ann Arbor according to the recorded plat thereof.
