Wan I Physician To Examine Her

WANT PHYSICIAN TO EXAMINE HER

     Representatives of the D. Y. A. A. & J. electric road moved Monday afternoon in the circuit court that Josephine Furlong, who is suing them for damages, be ordered by the court to allow her condition to be ascertained by some reputable physician. Judge Kinne granted the order and the attorneys agreed upon Dr. J.W. Hueston of Ypsilanti. 
     On motion of the attorneys for the electric road, Attorney F. H. Brown, counsel for the plaintiff, was directed to file a bill of particulars, stating more specially his clients injuries.
