(retirod), occurred in Philadolphia on the 17th in his 87th year. AntÓinb Sanders, one of the oldest residents of St. Iouis and a survivor of tho battlo of Waterloo, was buried on ihe 17th. He was 97 years old. The dead-lock in the Iowa IIouso of Representativos remained unbroken on the 17th. R. MiLTON SrEER, of nuntingdon, Pa., a member of Congross from 1870 to 1874, died on tho 17th, aged 52 years.
