The House, whicli lias four times as many in it has practically Rotten its business finished, while the easy going Senators have been dawdling along without accoraplishing anytbing. They have the tariff bilí, the silver bill, the appropriation, the river and harbor, the steamship subsidy biüs and a host of others which should be pushed. The tarifl bill especially, ought to be taken in at once. That was the question, more than nnyother, which decided the last election and its speedy passage is dcmamled for the common good.
