At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the twenty-seventh day of February, in the year one thousand elght hundred and ninety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Flora A. Vandawarker. minor. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Herman Krapf, guardián, praying that he may be licensed to sell eertain real estáte belongmg to said minor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday the thirty-first day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the next of kin of said minor, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Oflice, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Notiee is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the ninth day of February, A. D. 1891, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of Betsey F. Giles, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the lOth day of August next, and that such claims will be heard betore said court, on Saturday, the ninth day of May, and on Monday the lOth day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
