To the ex-members of the Old Washtehaw Mutual Flre Insurance ('ompany who werc not transferred to the New Washtenaw Mutual Flre Insurance ('ompany, Jan. lat, 1890, we, the undcrsigned former Directors of the said Old Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Company, desire to state that the affaire of said insurance companv were this day closed up; and fullv and fluully adjusted; and said company fore'viT dissolved. And that a surplus of six huudred and eighty-two dollars and sixteen cents from the Tast assessment in said comnBiivwns this dav transferred to the credit of the New Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Compon; in ccord with a preamble and resolutiou unanimtrasly adopted by the memben of the Bald id and New Wahtenaw Mutual Fire Insuram-e Companie pre ent at the auuunl meeting of the naid New Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Company lu-Ul in the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor.Mieh., Jan. 14, 1H91. Which resblution then and there adopted, provided and directed, that the Bald New Wushtenaw Mutuul Fire Insurance Company hoild and dld bind itself by its officers and directors to pay over on demand, at their office in the city of Ann Arbor, the pro rata share of such surplus when transferred to any inember or members of said Old Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Company who did not join the Raid Now Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Oompany.butwho contributed to said surplus by payment of their last assessment in tne said Old Washtenaw Mutual Fire Insurance Corapaiiy. And wc do further state that the pro rata share of such assessment to be returned by sale!
