The Congregational Meeting

Ann Aibor is honcred thia week by the annual meeting of the Congregatii'ii; 1 is of Micliigan. Yi-arlv the pastors and layman meet toether to organize the work for their great church, thua their assemblies are alwavs full of interest. The Cöngregatipnalists probably luuo their Home Missionary work better organizedthan any of their sister churches, and last year they raised over $16,000 in Michigan for State work, besides receiving several thousands of dollars from the National board. ïhis coming year they propose t rasie $20,000. If that is done, they will becoine self-supportin.tr, and will not ask outside aid. AVe heartily welcome this noble church to our fair city, trusting that their meeting may be in every wav successful and pleasant.
