Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Street Commissioner Sutherland reported tlio following sldewalka to bo built in front of the following prop erty: Broadway, (west side), Fifth ward-W. W. Saunders, Edward Kent, August Herz. División street, (east and west side), Fourth Ward- ?m. Plnnegan, Mrs. Carrie DeForest, George Mlller, Henry Cornwell, WilUam Deuble, Win. Burk, Mre. M. A. DeForest, A. A. Meuth. Fifth avenue (cast side),- F. L. Parker. Waehtenaw ave. and Church street - Mrs. Mary Miss Bast University avenue- Mrs. Haneon Sessions. Mr. Keech moved that the report of the Street Commissioner be accepted and be recommended to the Common couneil to ord ■!■ s i si ■■■ lks built. Veis Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. SI reet ( (iimnissioncr and City Engineer made a report on grade for Bidewalka on tlio easi end of Soutli Onlveredty avenue) The report was accepted and referred back to the Street Commissioner and Engineer with instructions to confer with the property owners and havo them bulld their sidewalka to tho grado. The City Clerk mis instructed tq inform the T. A. A. & N1 .M. Ry. Co. that as soon as they would build their sidowalk on Ashley street, the balanco of the sidi'walks in said block would be ordered built. 1'. McKernan appeared bcfore the Board and complained of the condition of the alley between Min street and Fourth avenue. Referred to Mclntyre and Street Commissioner. A sample street sign from Roberts Brothers, Racine, "Wis., was received and the Clerk w;is Instrueted to writi; for prices. Mr. lCcech moved that the Clerk ii hereby dlrected to deliver the warrant heretofore ilnuvn to Mr. Philip Vicscl. Feas- Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. Board then adiourned.
