Kinne, Circuit Judge in and for the Twenty-seeond Judicial Circuit, do hereby fix and appoint the times of holding the several terms of the Circuit Court in and withiu the Twenty-second Judicial Circuit for the year? 1892 and 1893 as follows. to wit : I.N MONROE COUNTY. The first Tuesday of February, the first Tuesday of April, the second Tuesday of September, nd the nrst Tuesday of November. IN WASHTENAW COUNTY. The Estáte of Feancis Woodbridge. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, S8. At a session oí the Probate C'ourt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 28th day of December, in the year one thousand eight hnndred and niuety one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Francia Woodbridge, deceased. Alice Woodbridge, the administratrix of said estáte, comes into court and represeuts, that she is now prepared to render her final account as such administratrix. Thereupou it is ordered, that Friday. the 22d day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowine snch account, and that the heirs at lav of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said ounty, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed : And it is further ordered, that said Administratrix Kive notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account," and the hearing thereof , by canslng a copy of ' this order to be pubüshed in the Ann Akboe Courier a newspaper printed and circulating in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
