The right of every man to work for whom he pleases, when he pleases, and on what terras he ple-ases, belongs to nvery American citizen; and it cannot bo blown up witih dynamite or shot down wüh Winchester rifles. Any perron can hire or be hired by any other pereon who is capable oï consent. Any -vorkman or association of workmen can leave work for any reacm or no reason at any time, unless he is Ixrand by a contract. An employer can put out Kuch work■man or workmen a he chooses at any time, unless he is baund by a contract. A noai-union man is just as good in the eyes of the Law and justas much entitled ta.the protection of the l;nv as if hO were a unión man. An employer who pays more, or a workrnan who nccepts less, than the niiarket rate is either a or a íool.-
