Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Caroline H. Chapín, deeeased. On readlug nd filing the petition, duly verified of Alice 31. Wilsou praying that administration of said estáte may be grauted to Charles B. Chapin, or sorae other snitable person. Thereupan it is ordered, that Monday the flfth day of December naxt, at ten o'clock in the foreaoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, ind that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are requlred to appear at a session of said Court, theu to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitloner s'hould not be granted. And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
