At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Wa&htenaw, holdeu at Probate Office, in the City of Aun Arbor, 011 Friday. the seventeeuth duy of February. iu the vear oue thousand elght hundred and ninety-three. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Heurv Tower, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of üeorge K. Tower.praying that a certain Instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate, and that admiuistration of said estáte may be granted to himself and Laveru Bassett, the executors in said will uamed, or to some other suitablo persons. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday the tweutieth day of March uext, at ten o'clock in the foreuoou, be asglgned for the heariugof said petition, and that the devisees. legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persous interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said Court, theu to be holden at the Probate Omee.iu the City oí Aun Arbor, and show cause, if any there be'.why the prayer of the petitloner should not be granted And it is further ordered. that said petitioner give notice to the persons iuterested iu said estáte, of the pendency of said petitiou, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published" in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
