Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Heurv Tower, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of üeorge K. Tower.praying that a certain Instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate, and that admiuistration of said estáte may be granted to himself and Laveru Bassett, the executors in said will uamed, or to some other suitablo persons.
