Allen is the young wonian who nearly threw Founder Bradley of Asburj' Park into Sts last summer by appearing on the beach in a bathing suit, in which material was very scanty. She is now riding around Newark, N. J., on a bicycle, wearing a jiair of tight fitting corduroy breeches, patent leather shoes, a zouave jacket, a man's shirt, and possibly some other clothes not visible to the general public.
