To Ouit Friknds and Patkons: The undersigned beg to announce that the partnership lately subsisting under the firm name of Swathel, Kyer & Peterson, doiug business under the name of Delhi Milling Cpmpany, was dissolved on the twenty-second day of January, A. D. 1894 by mutual consent, and that the Corporation lately organized under the laws of the State of Michigan known as the Kyer Milling Company succeeds to all said firm's rights and privileges. All debts owing to said partnership are to be received by said company, and all demanda on said partnership are to be presented to it for paymeut. The members of said ])artnership in closing said firm's business desire to return their thauks to their many patrons and f riends for their past patronage and assistance and to bcspeak for the new oorporation a continuance of their favors.
