On reading and flllng the petition, dnly verifled, of Elijan Treadwell praying that guardianship of the person and estáte of said Jane Harrell may be granted to hiniself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 19th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoón, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the uext of kin of said Jane Harrell and all other persons interested in saic matter are required to appear at a session o: said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show canse, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner sïiould not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons iuterested in said matter of the pendency of said petitiou, and the hear ing thereof, bv causing a copy of this order to be pnblisned in tbe Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper printed and circulated in saic County, three successive weeks previous to aid day of hearing, and by personal service o a copy of this order npon Betsey A.
