Second District Congressional Convention
A delégate convention of the republlcan electors of the second congressional district of Michigan and all voters who desire to unite ivith the republlcan party to advance and naintain its principies as declared In its party platform will be held at Dean's Opera House, Adrián, Mich.,on the lfith riay of August 1894. at eleven o'clock a. m , for the purpose of nominating a candidate for represeutative in congress for said second district and the transuction of suehother business as mayproperly come before the convention. The district Is composed of the following connties: Jackson, Monroe. ï-,enawee, Washtenaw, and ten townships in Wayne, viz.: Plymouth. Cantón, VanBuren, Eomulus, Sumpter, Huron, Browustown, Monguagon, Taylor, Ecorse, and the first. second and third wards of the city of Wyandotte.
