On reading and filing the petition, duly verified.of Osman Cooly Seelye, prayiug that a certain instrument now on tile in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administración of said estáte may be granted to himself, and Naonii 1). Seelye and Susau Almira Kendrick, the executors iusaid will named or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 4th day of February next, at ten o'clock the forenoon, be assiguêd ior the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legiitees, and heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. and show cause, if any there' be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
