Estáte of Thomas Seelve, Deceased. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the Couutv of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday. the eighth day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundredand niuety-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Thomas Seelye, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified.of Osman Cooly Seelye, prayiug that a certain instrument now on tile in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administración of said estáte may be granted to himself, and Naonii 1). Seelye and Susau Almira Kendrick, the executors iusaid will named or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 4th day of February next, at ten o'clock the forenoon, be assiguêd ior the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legiitees, and heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. and show cause, if any there' be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Aud it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the peudency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, tnree successiye weeks previous to said day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Conrt for the County of Witshtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the9tudav of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. Wülard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Ijiicy W. S j Morgan, deceased, Edward D. Kinne, one oí the executors of the last will and testament of j said deceased, having resigned his trust as such executor, comes into cour and represents that he is now prepared to reuder his account as executor of the last will and testament of said deieased. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 8th day of Febrnary next, at ten o'elock iir-the forenoon, be assigned for exnmlning and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, anti all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said couuty, aud show cause, if any there be. why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the persons interested In said estáte, of the pendancy of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ánn Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulating in said count, three successive weeks to said day of hearing. Seyler, the administrators of said estáte, come into court and represent that they are now prepared to reuder their final account as such administrators. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 5th day of Febraary, next, at ten o'cloèk in the foreuoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at iaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not'be allowed.. Notice is herebygiven, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 24th day of December, A. D. 1894, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of Jerome A. Freeman, late of said County, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the citv of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 24th day of June next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the Ü6th day of Maren, and on the 24th day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. Kingsbury, complainant's solicitor, it is ordered that the said defendant, Lawrenee Lampbin, cause his appearance to be entered herein, within five (5) months from date of this order, and in case of nis pearanee that he cause his answer to coraplainant's bill of complaint to be filed, aud a copy thereof to be served on said complainant's solicitor within twenty (20) days after service on him of a copy of smd bill, and notioe of this order : and that in default there of, s:iid bill be taken as confessed by the said non-resident defeudant.
