Estáte op Daniel E. Wines, Deceased. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Anu Arbor.on Wednesday, the ninth day of Jauuary in the year oñe thousaud eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Daniel E. Wines deceased. On rending and filing the petition. duly verified.of Charles A. Wines prayiug that a eêrtain instrument heretofore in the possessiou of Levi D. Wines and now on file ín this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that admiuistration of said estáte, may be granted to the executor in said will named or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 18th day of February next, at ten o'clóckin the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition. and that the devisees. legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estatu, are roquired to appear at a session of said Court, then to beliolden at the Probate Office in the city of Aun Arbor, and show cause, if auy there be, why the prayer of the petitiouer should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petltioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendeucy of said petition, and the hearine therepf . by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Anu Arbor Coürier, a newspuper priuted and circulatedin said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
