Their Semi-centennial
One of the pleasant features of las week was the fiftieth celebration of the foundation of the fraternity of Beta ïlieta Pi. Ths Semi-centennial banquet was held last night in Hangsteifer's hal and a large number of the fraternitj men of Lambda chapter and some from other chapters sat down to the festive board. Tliere were about seventy-five Among the alumni who participatec were the following: George L. Becker, '46, a prominent lawyer of St. Paul, Minn., who has served as congressman and govenor in that state, and who was the original founder and promoter of Lambda chapter; Maj. W. C.
