The circuit court for this eounty convened Monday, Judge Kinne presiding. The following cases were disposed of up toTuesday evening: The People vs. Cuyler Barton. Arraigned, plead guilty of arson and sentenced to State prison at Jackson for five years. This is the man who was arrestêd for barn burning in Lyndon and Unadilla, which cauaed so much excitement there. Over $150,000 worth of property was destroyed there by this man'8 infernal machines. Ann J. Walker vs. City of Ann Arbor. Plaintiff given until flrst day of next term to settle bilis of exeeptions. Henry Breitenweischer vs. Elmer Clough. Time to be extended 30 days in which to file bill of exeeptions. The People vs. George Lette. r Violation of liquor laws. Plead not guilty, and bonds given for contiuuance. This is the celebrated case that has caused so much excitement at Ypsilanti. The People vs. Jacob Dingman. Assault, etc. Axraigned. plead not guilty, and entered into $700 bonds to appear at the next term of court. The People vs. Frederic Layher. Selling liquor in Bridgewater without a license. Plead guilty and sentenced to pay $10 and $5.35 costs. The People vs. Chas. C. Hines. Highway robbery. Plead not guilty nul continued. The People vs. John Harrison and Elizabeth Bayard. Adultery. Plead not guilty. Case continued. The People vs. Jacob Mogk. False pretences. Gave bail to appear at next term of Court. Frank Bangs vs. Densmore Cramer. Plaintiff to give boud of $30 for security costs. Millie Johnston vs. Charles Williams. Seductiou. Plaintiff to file security for costs within 30 days. The People vs. Martin P. Vogel. Violatioii of liquor law. Plead guilty and paid $10 fine and $5.35 costs. John Loney vs. Reuben Armbruster. False imprisonment. Plaintiff given 10 days to file security for costs in the sum of $50. AVm. R. Bryan vs. Stephen D. Adams. Plaintiff given 30 days to file security for costs. The People vs. Samuel Graliam and Chas, Walker. The Ypsilanti fire bug cases. Kol pros, entered. The People vs. Gustave Brehm and Omar II. Mooie. Violation of liquor law. Plead not guilty. Gave security for appearance at next term of Court. Xoali W. West vs. Village of Chelsea Suit for damages.
