At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Anu Arbor, on Tuesday. the 5th day of Nov., in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matterof the estáte of Alembert E. Keith. deceased. Edwin A. Keith, the admimstrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render nis final account as such admlnistrator. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Friday, Ihe 6th day of December next, at ten o'clock forenoon, be asstgued for examinlng and allowing such account, and that the devisees, lagatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons iuterestedin said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office. in the city of Ann Arbor. in said County, and show cause, if any there be, wny the said account should not beallowed: And it is further ordered that said administrator glve notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency ofsaid account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaperprinted and eirculating in said County; three succcssive weeks prevlous to said day of hearing.
