Clayton, Lambert & Co., yesterday received a letter addressed to thein at "Hyspalaaita, Jlich." This is a great deal neiairer than sonie persons have spelled "Ypsilauti" and every day the post office finds a new way of spelling the name of the city. As aw illustration the following collection is given of addresses on envelopes reeeived at the post office in times past: Ip.silendi. Ypseylantia. Upsylanti. Ipsotenty. Eipslj' - Ianti. Eypsssilllanty. Ypssyllanti. Ipseylunty. Epcilantia. Apsalanta. Ipislanta. Ypslnaty. Iseliny. Ebsalanda. But the worst case the dead letter office ever deciphered was one aTdi-essed to "Whypsorlanter, Mich.," and reached the proper person here.
