Mayor "Walker has been testing the fiehing at Zukey Lake. Jas. L. Gilbert of Chelfea, was at the county capital Saturday. "Will Fischer, of Battle Creek, spent Sunday as tbe guest of his parents here. ' Miss Lena Eisele has been visiting friends in Laneing duting the past ■week. Joseph C!ark went to Centerville last Friday, as a witness in a suit thre. Mrs. J. E. Field and A. G, Hopper, of Alpena, are in the city visiting relatives. Mrs. A. M. Hunne, wbo had been visiting friends in Ann Arbor, has returned home. Mrs. Kuhn, who has been the guest Of her sister Mrs. E. Woolley, of Fountain st., returned home to Grand KapLds Monday. Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Groves who went to New York a short time ago, have returned home. Dr. D. R. Clarke of Niles, medie '94, has been visiting Ann Arbor friends during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Ja?. L. Babcock altended the Damrosch Germán Opera entertainraents at Detroit last week. Miss Jennctte Huil returned home to Detroit Saturday, aíter a visit of some weeks with Mrs. A. W. Ames. John V. X.
