Although a very busy man, Br. R. V. Pierce of Buffalo, N. Y., has fouaid time in which to write a great book oí over a thousand pages entitled The People's t'ommon Sense Medical Adviser, in Pluln English, or Medicine Simpliiied. Few books printed In the English language have reached so great a sale as has this popular work, over 080,000 copies having been eold at $1.50 each. The proiits on this enormoua sale having repaid the author lor the great amount of labor and money expended on lts production he has now dcided to give away, absolutely Iree, 600,000 copies iof tuis valuable book, the rerecipient only being required to mail to tíhe World's Dtepensary Medical Asaociation, of Buffalo, N. Y., of which company he is president, twenty-one (21) one-oent stamps, to cover cost of ma.iling only, and tiie book will be sent postpaid. It is a -ritable medcal library, complete in one volume. It contams 1008 large pages, and over 300 illustrations, some of them in colora. The Free Edition is precisely the same as that sold at $1.50 exoept ouly that the books are bound in strong manilla paper covers tnstead of cloth. It is not oiten that our readers have an opportunity to obtain a valuable book on such gengenerous "terms, and we predlct that few will miss availing themselves oí tho unusual and liberal offer to which we have called their attention.
