At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the lSth day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundredandninety-six. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of George N. B. Reuwick, deceased. On readlng and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Maiy M. Kenwick, praylng tbat her dower in the real estáte whereof said deceased died seized roay be assigned to her and that commissioners be appoiuted for that purpose. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday the 24th day of Jiily next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon.be assigned forllie hearing of sald petition, and that the heirs-at-law of sáid deceosed, and all other persons iuterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner sliould not begranteci: And it is further ordered that said petltioner give notiee to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published'in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper printed and circulating in said County three successive weeks previoua to said day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Court for the Countv of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office "in the city of Ann Arbor, on Mouday, the 8th day of june. In the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six. Present, J. Willard liabbilt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaac C. Handy deceased. William R. Clark, the executor of the last will aud testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such exècvitor. Thereupou it is ordered, that Friday, the third day of July, next, at teu o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowingsuch account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons iuterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the persons interested lu said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof. by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor C'ourier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, two successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Notiee is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 22nd day of June, A.
