Excursión to the Soldier's Camp. The Michigan State 'froops. nurnbering 3,000 soldiers will camp at Island, August 18 to -4. The program for Sunilay, August 23 includea a sham battle and dress parade and to give its patrons au opportunity to be "in it," the Ann Arbor R. R. will run a special train lea ving Ann Arbor at 9.05 a. m. Fare for round trip only 70 cents. At a session of the Probate Court for the Couuty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office "in the city of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 31st day of july, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six. Present, J. Willard Balibitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte úf Elleu E. Drake, deceased. Almira Delphieu Drake, the exeeutrix of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes iuto court and represente that she is now prepared to reuder her final account as such executrix. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the first day of Sept., next, at ten o'clock in the forenoou, be assigned for examining and allowingsuch account, and that the devisees, legatees and neirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court theu to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said couuty, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
