DEFAULT having been made in the condlüonsof acertain raortgage made and executed by Darwin Nelson and Lydia J. Nelson hswife, of -alem, Washteuaw County, State of Michigan, to Henry Yanson, of the same place; and assigned by said Henry Yauson to Charles Yanson; and further assigned by said Charles Yanson to Lucinda M. Yanson; and further aBsigned by said Lucinda M. Yanson to William H. Weed, which said last assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County in liberl'2of assignments on page 891, August 19th, 1896: said original mortgage having been recorded in liber 52 of mortgages, page 727 on the2fithday of March, 1877, at 2J-p. m. On which mortgage there is claimecl to be due and owing at the date of this notice the sum of Five hundred and ten and seventy-two hundredths dollars (Í510.72), alsoanattorney's fee provided for in said mortgage and allowed bystatute; and no suit or proceedlng at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said Mortgage or auy part thereof. Now, therefore, by virtue of the power of sale contaiued in said mortgage and the statute in sueh case made and provided; notice is herebv glven that on Saturday, Deeember 19th, 1896, at eleven o'clock in tbe forenoon. I shall sell at public auction to the hlghest bidder, at the south door of the court house In the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Mlchlean. (that being the place and building where the circuit court for the county of Washtenaw is held) the premises described la Baid mortgage or 30 much thereof as raay be neoessary to pay the amount due on said, mortgage with nine per cent. interest and all legal costs, expenses and attorney's feee covenanted for or agreed upon theretn.
