At a session of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the lOth day of February. in the year one thousand eight hundred and niuetyseven. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Caroline R. Wilkinson, deceased. On reading and UI ing the petition, dnly verifled, of A. L. Wilkinson, praying that a certaln instrument novv on rile in this court, Durporting to be the last will and testament of .aid deceased, may be admïtted to probate, aud that adminlstration of said estáte may be granted to A. L. Wilkinson, the execntor in said will nnmed, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Thursday, the 4th day of March next, at 10 o'ciock in the forenoou.be assigned for the hearing of aaid petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs-at-law of said deceased. and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court.then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor.in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerofthe petitioner should not granted. Morgan executor of the laat will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa that he ia now prepared to render nis final account as such executor.
